Terms

Agent EVM State Batch provides bounded, read-only EVM state queries for software agents, developers, and other customers. By using the service, you agree to these service terms.

Service and Data

You choose each check and target address. The service runs only the submitted supported checks and returns successful upstream JSON-RPC responses pinned to a captured block per chain. Results are provider-reported chain state, not cryptographic proofs. The service may be unavailable or delayed when an upstream provider or payment facilitator is unavailable.

Pricing and Payment

Each route charges one fixed Base USDC batch price: up to 25 checks costs $0.05, up to 50 costs $0.10, and up to 100 costs $0.15. The route determines both price and maximum size. The same fixed price applies if you submit fewer checks; unused capacity does not carry forward. Review the exact payment quote in your wallet before approving it. A charge is submitted only after you approve the wallet request.

Delivery and Recovery

After a payment is verified, the service runs the requested reads and attempts settlement through its facilitator. Keep the request ID. A completed paid response can be recovered for 30 days using that ID. If the outcome is unclear, recover the existing request before attempting another payment.

Payments and Support

On-chain transfers generally cannot be reversed by the service after settlement. If you believe a payment settled but the requested result was not delivered, contact Support with the request ID so we can investigate. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its results are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that provider-reported blockchain data will be complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for independently checking results before relying on them for financial, operational, or other consequential decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the service, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $25.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, or limits a right or remedy, where applicable law does not allow it to be excluded or limited. This includes responsibility for fraud, willful injury, or violation of law where such a limitation is prohibited. These limits apply only to the extent they are enforceable under the law that applies to a particular claim.

Acceptable Use

Use the service only for lawful read-only requests. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, transaction instructions, or requests intended to bypass service limits or disrupt the service. You are responsible for choosing valid addresses and for reviewing wallet prompts before approving a payment.

Changes and Contact

We may update the service or these terms as the product changes. The current version is published here. Contact the service using the Support form; your email address is not displayed publicly.
